Assess Yourself is a Christian-owned-and-operated web site created in 2002 by Michael Zigarelli, Professor of Leadership and Strategy at Messiah College. Since that time, more than 35,000 people around the world have completed one or more of the Assess-Yourself surveys. The tools are being used by dozens of schools and churches as well to improve their discipleship efforts.
